For the BFL Collection, Geneviève gives herself a different theme each year. For 2021, it is the holiday route that has inspired the colours in this colour collection.
This wool comes from a breed of sheep called Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) bred mainly in the United Kingdom. It is known for its softness, drape and durability. It takes the dye beautifully and is ideal for bringing out the texture of knitting stitches. Thanks to the addition of nylon (20%), clothes and accessories made with this fiber will truly be collector's items that you will cherish for a long time!
As with all hand-dyed wools, we recommend that you buy enough yarn to complete your work. It is also suggested to alternate skeins every two rows for a more uniform result.
