Refund policy

Accessory exchanges available new, not used, and in original packagingwithin 10 days of purchase.

Exchanges offered on new, unused, unwound, tagged, and in resaleable condition (no food or cigarette smells, no animal hair not identified on tag, etc.) within 45 days of purchase.

Submission of sales receipt (paper or electronic with order #) required.

Exchange or credit note only.

No refunds.

Final sale on items purchased on sale, home blends, books and magazines, yarns and accessories sold in bulk and coiled skeins.

If you wish to exchange items ordered online, please write to us at info@labobineuse.com with your order # and details of the items to be exchanged. We will let you know how to proceed. 

Shipping costs for the return and exchange of goods are at the customer's expense.
