Shipping policy

To make changes or additions to an order already placed, send us a message at commandes@labobineuse.com or call us at (514) 521-9000.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so it may be too late to change it. If your order has not already left, we will do our best to meet your requests.

Si vous vous situez dans la zone de livraison locale (qui couvre plusieurs quartiers de l'ile de Montréal: Plateau Mont-Royal, Outremont, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Hochelaga, Côte-Des-Neige, Sud-Ouest, Ahuntsic, Westmount...), grâce à notre partenariat avec Chasseurs Courrier, nous offrons la livraison à vélo en 1 ou 2 jours ouvrables.

La Bobineuse uses the services of Courrier Plus with a tracking number for all orders sent to Montreal and suburbs (Laval and South Shore). Orders are usually delivered in 1 or 2 business days in the Montreal area and in 3 or 4 business days in the suburbs. 

We also use the services of Canada Post to ship your orders anywhere else in Quebec and the rest ofCanada. We use the Expedited Parcel service with insurance, tracking number and delivery confirmation. Packages generally arrive at their destination between 2 and 5 days after being picked up at the boutique.

You can opt for Canada Post services if you have your package delivered in Quebec, just specify it in your shipping service choices when you place your order. 

Nous préparons vos commandes à tous les jours à notre boutique de Montréal et elles sont ramassées du lundi au vendredi en fin d'après-midi.

Les frais de livraison sont fixés à 9.95$ pour toutes les commandes d'une valeur allant jusqu'à 64.99$, peu importe le contenu, partout au Canada.

Pour les commandes totalisant 65.00$ (avant taxes et rabais appliqués), la poste vous est offerte gratuitement. 

Be sure to validate the information you have provided to reach you and to make the delivery.

If the package is returned to us by the delivery service for one of the following reasons:

  • you make a mistake in the delivery address
  • the address cannot be found by our delivery service
  • you are not available to receive your package and it is impossible to leave it in a safe place
  • you refuse the package and ask for it to be returned to the sender

We will refund the total amount of your order, less any costs incurred for delivery and/or return of the order, as soon as the package is in our possession.
