Shipping policy

To make changes or add to an order already placed, send us a message at commandes@labobineuse.com or call us at (514) 521-9000.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so it may be too late to make changes. If your order hasn't already shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

If you are located within our local delivery zone (which covers several neighborhoods on the Island of Montreal: Plateau Mont-Royal, Outremont, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Hochelaga, Côte-Des-Neiges, Sud-Ouest, Ahuntsic, Westmount, etc.), thanks to our partnership with Chasseurs Courrier, we offer bicycle delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

We use the services of several courier companies with tracking numbers for all orders to ensure fast and secure delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 1 or 2 business days in the Montreal area and within 3 or 4 business days in the suburbs.

We prepare your orders daily at our Montreal store, and they are picked up Monday through Friday in the late afternoon.

Shipping is $15 for all orders up to $99.99, regardless of contents, anywhere in Canada.

For orders totaling $100.00 (before taxes and discounts), shipping is free.

Please ensure you have the correct contact information for delivery.

If the package is returned to us by the delivery service for one of the following reasons:

• you make a mistake in the delivery address
• the address cannot be found by our delivery service
• you are not available to receive your package and it is impossible to leave it in a safe place
• you refuse the package and ask for it to be returned to the sender

We will refund the total amount of your order, less any costs incurred for delivery and/or return of the order, as soon as the package is in our possession.
