Wooden darning mushroom

Traditional wooden darning mushroom.
It is 9 cm high and about 14 cm in diameter.

A darning mushroom is very useful for, for example, darning socks or a small hole in the sleeve of a sweater. The darning mushroom makes it possible to locate the hole correctly and to properly stretch the part to be repaired. Depending on the nature of the textile you will have to darn, use Laine Saint-Pierre for woollens, use cotton thread for lighter fabrics.
